On December 16, 2017, it was held the first "Chocolate Fest in Mérida" to which came people of several nationalities, attracted by mexican cacao and chocolate.

We talked about the process of our chocolate and how we are interested in supporting the small producers that preserve the ancient cacao varieties that have fine aromas and flavors.

The facilities of the place were very welcoming, and the Tostato Coffee has a special atmosphere. Who work there made us feel at home. Within the event was performed a Mayan ceremony in gratitude to the earth and to life.

Visitors met different mexican "bean to bar" chocolate brands, "XKIK' origin chocolate",  "La Broma de Teo", "Chocolates CACEP", "La Rifa", "Quetzali", "Exotic", "Le cameleon" and  "Adieu" 

We hope to have more events as this one in Merida for people to know the importance of preserving the culture, the tradition and the identity of mexican chocolate.
